- 1 (15 ounce) can roast beef or possibly corned beef hash
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 T butter
- 2 T Bisquick
- 1/4 teaspoon salt & dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
