  • 2 quart chicken stock
  • 1/2 c. creme fraiche or possibly lowfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. curry pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley leaves
  • 1/2 c. cooked lentils reserved from above
  • 1/4 c. lentil soup
  • 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 bn parsley leaves picked,
  •     washed
  • 3 x garlic cloves
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil - (to 3/4)
  • 2 x limes juiced
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb carrots peeled
  • 1/2 c. flour
