Avocado Fish Kai Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 x Ripe avocados
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1 x Cleaned whole baked fish (5 Lb)
  •     Parsley springs (for Garnish)
  •     Lemon slices (for garnish)

Description

Cut Avocados Into Halves; Remove Seeds & Skin; Mash. Mix Lemon Juice, Parsley & Seasonings. Spread Over Hot Fish.
