Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ounce) artichoke hearts, liquid removed & cut in quarters
  • 1 (8 ounce) softened cream cheese
  • 2 ounce (1/2 c.) grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 finely minced clove garlic
  • Warm pepper sauce to taste
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • A little olive or possibly salad oil
