Artichoke Rice Salad Recipe


  • 6 ounce pkg. chicken flavored vermicelli rice mix
  • 2 (7 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 12 green olives, sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper, minced or possibly sliced
  • 2 green onions, minced


Cook Rice According To Directions On Package, Omitting The Butter. Cool. Drain Artichokes, Reserving Liquid. Put Together All Ingredients, Mixing Thoroughly And Refrigerate.
