Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. dry white wine or possibly apple juice
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss or possibly Cheddar cheese - (8 ounce)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 dsh red pepper sauce
  • 4 med green onions finely minced
  •     Bite-size pcs French bread if you like
  •     Bell peppers cut bite size
  •     Broccoli cut bite size
  •     Cauliflower cut bite size
  •     Celery cut bite size
  •     Cherry tomatoes
  •     Pimiento-stuffed olives
