- 1/4 c. Dry white wine
- Â Â Salt
- 3 c. Cubed white bread
- Â Â (either a baguette or possibly hard roll)
- 1/3 c. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 8 ounce Onion sliced
- 3 x Garlic cloves
- 1Â 1/2 lb Peeled tomatoes thickly sliced
- 3 x Hard-boiled Large eggs sliced
- 3 tsp Minced capers
- 3 Tbsp. Minced green olives optional
- 1/4 c. Raisins
- Â Â Grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Crumbled queso anejo cheese optional
