- 75 gm Broccoli florets, blanched

- 4 x Fresh tomatoes, skinned, de-seeded, minced

- 50 gm Smoked salmon
- 8 x Black olives, pitted and quartered
- 50 gm Stilton cheese, crumbled
- 50 gm Cheddar cheese, grated
- 75 gm Mozzarella, thinly sliced
- 50 gm Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp Pesto
- 12 x Large eggs
- 600 ml Lowfat milk
- 300 ml Single cream
