• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. oil
• 4 c. unpeeled apples, sliced
• 3/4 c. minced nuts
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 teaspoon baking soda
• Dash of salt
• 8 ounce cream cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 c. confectioner's sugar
• 6 T butter

Description

Mix. Batter Will Be Thick. Pour Into A Greased 9 X 13 Pan. Bake At 350 Degrees For 1 Hour. (Better If Baked A Day Or Possibly So Ahead.) Mix And Spread On Cake.
