  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 c. Celery, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Shallots, minced
  • 1/2 c. Bell pepper, minced
  • 2 x clv garlic, crushed
  • 1 lb Tomatoes, cut small, can
  • 8 ounce Tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 x Bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar, lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. Parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 x Tabasco, dashes
  •     Rice, warm, cooked
