• 1/3 c. Cool water
• 1 c. Orange juice
• 1/4 c. Lemon juice
• 2 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 c. Coarsely minced pecans
• 2 quart Cream, whipped --or possibly--
• 10 pkt Dessert topping mix -or possibly-
• 1 quart Heavy cream plus
• 5 pkt Dessert topping mix
• 3 c. Mayonnaise
