- 1Â 1/2 c. Maraschino cherries, cut into eighths
- 1/2 lb Marshmallows, quartered
- 2 tsp Crystallized ginger, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Unflavored gelatin
- 1/3 c. Cool water
- 1 c. Orange juice
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 2Â 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Coarsely minced pecans
- 2 quart Cream, whipped --or possibly--
- 10 pkt Dessert topping mix -or possibly-
- 1 quart Heavy cream plus
- 5 pkt Dessert topping mix
- 3 c. Mayonnaise
