  • 4 slc Bacon, finely minced
  • 4 x Green onions, finely minced
  • 2 x Celery ribs, finely minced
  • 1 x Red cabbage, cored, finely minced
  • 2 x Oranges - juice only
  • 1/4 c. Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (or possibly to taste)
