  • 1 minced onion
  • 3 T butter
  • 2 c. sauerkraut, liquid removed
  • 2 c. diced ham or possibly dry beef
  • 1 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 1 full teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 c. bouillon broth
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • Veg. oil


Chop Onion And Parsley Together, Saute In Butter. In Blender Put Bouillon, Sauerkraut And Ham. Blend Till Fine On Chop Speed; Add In To Onion And Parsley And Cook, Gently Stirring.…
