  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 c. Melted, unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp Sambal oelek**
  • 1 pkt Kroepoek oedang***
  •     Cornstarch to thicken marinade for sauce
