- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, peeled and cut up
- 1 c. macaroni
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. kohlrabi or possibly turnip, peeled and diced
- 1/2 c. minced broccoli
- 1/2 c. green beans
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage, sliced
