- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 1 x 250 gram can minced tomatoes, (8 ounce)
- 250 gm Easy-cook long-grain brown rice, (8oz)
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh mint
- 300 ml Water, ( 1/2 pint)
- Â Â Pepper yogurt, to serve (5 ounce)
