  • 1 lrg carrot, grated (about 1 US c.)
  • 2 x Cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1/2 tsp dry dill weed
  • 1 c. dry white wine
