  • 2 c. Dry apricots - (packed)
  • 1/4 c. Grand Marnier or possibly Cognac
  • 1/2 c. Heavy cream
  •     (or possibly evaporated low fat lowfat milk)
  • 4 x Egg whites
  • 1 pch Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
