For the Dressing
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons light brown sugar
2 smalls garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salad –
1 package spinach leaves
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese (or bleu cheese)
Optional
bacon, cooked and crumbled (I don't use)
grape tomatoes (I didn't use)
sliced red onion
