  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons of dashi soup stock
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • dried nori, cut in stripes
  • 1/2 of daikon, peeled and julienne
  • 1 tablespoon of bonito flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
