  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 100g/3½oz smoked bacon lardons

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

  • 2 carrots, chopped

  • 200g/7oz roast turkey, shredded

  • 100g/3½oz cooked prawns, peeled

  • 1 red chili, chopped

  • 1 tbsp tomato purée

  • 200ml/7fl oz red wine

  • 100ml/3½oz chicken stock

  • 1 free range egg, beaten for egg wash

  • 250g/10oz shortcrust pastry

This Pie Is A Delicious Recipe For Leftover Roast Turkey. Serve With Mash Or Bubble And Squeak.
