• 2 tsp baking powder

• ½ tsp salt

• pinch cinnamon

• 85g/3oz cocoa powder

• 220ml/8fl oz flat cola

For the decoration

• 150g/5oz strawberry jam

• 150ml/5fl oz double cream, whipped until stiff peaks form when the whisk is removed

• 100g/3½oz milk chocolate, broken into pieces

• jellied sweets, to decorate

• chocolate buttons, to decorate
