  • sea salt and cracked white peppercorns

For the salad
  • 1 handful baby lamb’s lettuce

  • 1 handful baby rocket

  • 1 handful baby red chard

  • few drops olive oil

For the strawberry sauce
  • 300g/10½ oz ripe strawberries, hulled

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp cracked black peppercorns

  • ½ tsp caster sugar
