Ingredients

Ingredients For the burger
  • 150g/5½oz fillet steak

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • pinch salt

  • handful coriander leaves

For the chips
  • 150g/5½oz potatoes, sliced into thin batons

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • salt

For the cheese sauce
  • 75g/2½oz Shropshire blue cheese, chopped

  • 30ml/1fl oz double cream

Two serve
  • 2 slices ciabatta, toasted

  • 4 rashers streaky bacon, chopped, fried until crisp

  • 1 sprig fresh parsley to garnish
