Appetizer Recipes: Spicy Roasted Chickpeas


  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 2 (15oz) cans of chickpeas, rinsed and drained

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse and drain and dry chickpeas well.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the paprika, cayenne and salt. Add the chickpeas and toss well to coat.
  3. Spread the chickpeas on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for about 45 minutes or until chickpeas are crunchy.
