Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 2 (15oz) cans of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse and drain and dry chickpeas well.
- In a medium bowl, mix the paprika, cayenne and salt. Add the chickpeas and toss well to coat.
- Spread the chickpeas on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for about 45 minutes or until chickpeas are crunchy.
