- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Sauce:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons molasses
