  • 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove of garlic, slightly crushed
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Kosher salt and cracked black pepper
