- Salad:
- 1 bag baby spinach
- 1 head green leaf lettuce
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled (reserve half)
