- 1/2 can black beans
- 1/2 can refried beans
- 1/2 cup cooked rice (mexican or brown)
- 1 can corn
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- a few handfuls of tortilla chips
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1-3 cloves garlic, minced
- non-stick cooking spray
- 2 cups jack or cheddar cheese
- cumin to taste
- cayenne to taste
