- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 2 tbsp. minced pickled ginger (I could only find this at SuperTarget in the Asian aisle)
