- 1 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh italian parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Dales Seasoning (or worcestershire sauce)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tsp creole seasoning
- 1 cup fine bread crumbs (if the meat of very moist, more bread crumbs may be needed)
- Vegetable Oil
Description
I Can't Eat Crab (allergies) So I Decided To Use Ground Turkey Instead. I Have No Idea How They Compare To The Crab Version But These Were Great!!!
