- 1 Cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 Cup (no sugar) cranberry juice (I prefer white cranberry juice or juice blends)
- 1/4 Cup of canola oil
- 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 Cup of fresh or frozen cranberries(whole)not dried
