• 3/4 cup shortening (I used butter-flavor Crisco)
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine (I use margarine)
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 3/4 cup flour
• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar (I omitted)
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
