Arroz Estilo Espanol (Spanish Rice)


  • 1 c Rice
  • 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Lard, or Olive Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Small Can Tomato Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


I Got This Recipe Out Of A Cookbook For Early Californian And Mexican Recipes. Very Easy And Very Good, My Husband Loved It And He Doesn't Care For Rice.
