  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cup pecans
  • For the Filling:
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 TBSP packed light brown sugar
  • 1 TBSP ground cinnamon
  • 3 TBSP unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • For the buns:
  • 1/2 recipe dough for Golden Brioche, chilled and ready to shape
