- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 ounce dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of half a large lemon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 cup candied ginger, minced
