  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 pound skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 cup uncooked brown rice
  • 5 ounces (1 1/2 cups) sugar snap peas, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, thinly sliced, for garnish
