  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or Kirsch
  • 1/8 teaspoon pure almond extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon or orange
