Ingredients
- masa
- 1 bag of green bananas ( about 2 pounds )
- 3 green plantains
- 1 pound of yautia (tanier)
- 1 large white potato
- 1 small can of evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons of achote
- cup of vegetable oil, lard or shortening (which has been heated with the achote until it has reached a deep red color)
- 3 tablespoons of sofrito
- salt and pepper to taste.
