Ingredients

8 ounces capellini (angel hair pasta)
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1 tablespoon tamari, more to taste
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger root
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
2 cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage
1 cup fresh bean sprouts, such as mung bean or broccoli sprouts
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
