  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups (about 8 oz.) coarsely chopped salted peanuts

  • 1 pkg. (14 oz.) caramels (unwrapped)
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ICING
