Chicken tikka masala with raita dip

Ingredients

For the raita dip

  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped mint leaf
  • 8 cm cucumber, peeled, seeds rermoved and cubed
  • 150 g yogurt, such as Onken Natural Set Yogurt
For the tikka masala

  • 275 g yogurt, such as Onken Natural Set Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp tikka masala curry paste
  • 4 chicken breasts, each cut into 5 7 pieces
  • 1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil
  • 1 large green chillies, seeds removed and chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp black onion seeds
  • 200 g can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

Description

This Dish Uses Yogurt To Marinate And Tenderise The Chicken As Well As Complimenting The Flavours In The Masala Sauce. To Neutralise The Spicy Flavours Serve Accompanied With A Cucumber Raita
