- pinches dried red chilli flakes
- whole dried chillies, (optional)
- 120 ml white wine
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1 x 400g can chopped plum tomatoes
- 1 x 400g can butter beans
- 500 ml chicken stock
- 2 oranges, grated zest only
- crusty bread, to serve
