- 500 ml beef stock
- 1 tbsp tomato pure
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 sprigs thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 200 ml beef stock, (optional)
- 24 small onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- 455 g button mushrooms
- 1 small handful of parsley, chopped, to serve
