- 2 rashers streaky bacon
- 50 g fresh white breadcrumbs
- 500 g floury potatoes, such as king edwards, peeled and quartered
- 20 g butter
- tsp grated nutmeg
- 125 g brussels sprouts, finely sliced
- 125 g cabbage, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 splashes white wine vinegar
- 4 eggs
