- 20 g butter
- 30 g caster sugar
- 1 pinches ground cinnamon
- 2-3 cardamom pods
- 2 large potatoes, peeled
- lemon, juice only (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 small egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp milk
- butter and olive oil, for frying
