For the salad

  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g bacon lardons
  • 1 handfuls dandelion leaves, torn in half
  • 1-2 tsp sherry vinegar
  • 2 thick slices white bread, crusts removed, cut into cubes
