- 1.5 kg potatoes
- 100 g spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g butter
- 4 rib-eye pork steaks, about 150-200g each
- 3 tbsp chilli oil
- 1 bunch watercress
- squeeze lemon juice, optional
