- 100 ml chilli oil
- pinches chicken bouillon powder
- sugar, to taste
- salt, to taste
- tsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornflour, mixed with 1 tsp water
- 60 g leeks, green parts only, finely shredded
- pinches ground Sichuan peppercorns
