- 100 g crispy bean curd, (tofu, soaked briefly in boiling water and fried in strips), optional
- 15 rice flour, or spring roll pancakes
- sweet chilli sauce
- coriander leaves
- crushed roasted peanuts
- soy sauce, for dipping
